The active distribution of materials, posting of materials on the outdoor posting boards, and placement of free-standing signs is afforded to candidates running for office and their representatives.
These signs, flyers or materials must promote a specific candidate running for office. General Advertising for an election or ideology is not applicable to the terms of this regulation.
